Tom’s background in the Hospitality industry and genuine love of making people happy led him to recruitment. Tom’s an experienced recruiter, with a demonstrated history of working in the Human Resources industry. Tom is skilled in permanent and temporary placements, negotiation, sales, and relationship management.

Carolyn is a Senior Recruitment Coordinator at W&Co Search, providing comprehensive executive and operational support that enables the team to focus on high-level client engagement and business development. With eight years’ experience as a recruitment consultant at a boutique agency, followed by 2.5 years running her own practice, she brings deep industry knowledge and an entrepreneurial perspective to her coordination role. Drawing on her extensive recruitment background, Carolyn manages the full spectrum of candidate engagement activities, from application review and screening to reference checking and process coordination. Passionate about continuous learning and team collaboration, Carolyn was drawn to W&Co by the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced industry leaders and be part of building something innovative from the ground up. She thrives on being relied upon to make a real difference, whether coordinating critical meetings, managing complex workflows, or ensuring every candidate feels valued throughout their journey. What energises Carolyn most is the variety her role brings, from learning about diverse local government projects to working with community leaders who are shaping their regions’ futures.

Cassandra is an Associate Recruitment Consultant at W&Co Search, specialising in sourcing and placing talent across public sector roles, including commercial, leadership, and high-growth operational positions. Originally from Wellington, she began her career recruiting across government before relocating to Melbourne in 2024, expanding her expertise into Federal Government recruitment. With a background in Psychology, Criminology, and Sociology, Cassandra's fascination with what drives and motivates people translates naturally into her ability to build genuine connections with clients and candidates alike.

Outside of work, Cassandra brings the same enthusiasm to life beyond the desk. She's a Hot Mat Pilates regular, enjoys ocean swims, long walks around The Tan, and winding down with a sauvignon blanc or Amaretto Sour at a favourite wine bar. A sushi lover and proud New Zealander, she counts Hawaii as her favourite destination, has Sri Lanka on the horizon, and can reliably be found cheering on the All Blacks at the nearest pub.
