Reporting to the newly appointed Group Manager Facilities the Site Facilities Manager oversees facilities operations across designated campuses, ensuring built assets are compliant, safe and maintained to the highest standard. Each role is responsible for leading a team of in-house trades, administrators and contractors, managing preventative and reactive maintenance programs, and contributing to strategic asset management and minor capital works delivery.

The positions require strong leadership and relationship management skills, with accountability for budgets, compliance, risk management and system performance across critical healthcare infrastructure. Healthcare and Hospital experience is strongly preferred along with the right mix of technical expertise and stakeholder engagement capability.
